EXCHANGE POLICY 

You can exchange your If product within 7 days from the time you received provided the product is in good condition as it was revived neatly packed in its original cover 

we do not have pick up facility so the pickup will have to be arranged from your end with your own expenses.

If you choose an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once we receive and approve the returned item.

RETURN POLICY

You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is fully damaged parcel opening video is must.  Send Parcel opening video on our WhatsApp number +91 7039986851 or email at support@kalptarucollection.com

It will take 20 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product. 

REFUND POLICY 

If by mistake you place an order of Same product twice then only u will get 1 order payment back. Otherwise, No any refund.

In case of Return 5% payment gateway charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded in the form of store credit within 20 business workings days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
